MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY (MINIMUM STAY 32 NIGHTS)
Set on the 6th floor of a residential building with a lift, the apartment offers a lot of natural light, as the living area and main bedroom have direct sunlight.
The master bedroom has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), while the single room has a bed 80 x 190 cm.
Both bedrooms have drawers and wardrobes. In the living room there's a large table, plus a desk for setting up a desktop computer or a laptop.
Of course, there's internet with wifi router included in the price.
The kitchen comes complete with all utensils needed and there's also a washing machine, accessible in the interior balcony connected to the single bedroom.
There are 2 electric radiators to heat the apartment during the winter, but no A/C for the summer: the fact that there are windows in all rooms gives a great ventilation to the apartment.

We request to all our guests to provide details to prepare the rental contract (medium term) to be signed on check-in.

The cost of check-in may vary depending on the day and time of arrival and the apartment booked.
Rates:
From 8 pm to 11 pm: +10 Euros
From 23 to 01.00 hs: +25 Euros
From 01a 09.00 hs: +35 Euros
Arrivals on Sunday or national holidays will have an additional cost of € 15.
